Lucie Miller is the founder of Socially Constructed and a leadership and organisational development specialist working at the intersection of psychological fitness, neuroscience, and sustainable high performance performance.
Her work focuses on how leaders learn to think clearly, regulate under pressure, and influence effectively in complex and demanding environments. Drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology, and nervous system science, Lucie supports leaders and organisations to move beyond reactive, extractive models of performance and develop ways of working that sustain both people and outcomes over time.
Lucie brings over 18 years of experience across leadership development, organisational wellbeing, coaching, and large scale programme design. She has partnered with organisations across sectors to design and deliver global psychological fitness, psychological safety and resilience programmes, supporting leaders, teams, and globally mobile populations through periods of transition, uncertainty, and sustained pressure.
Her professional perspective is informed by lived experience of OCD, which shaped her early career and deepened her understanding of how pressure, systems, and workplace environments affect human performance. This insight underpins her science led, human centred approach, without reducing the work to personal narrative.
Alongside her professional work, Lucie is a mother of four and a military spouse, with firsthand experience of relocation, transition, and balancing leadership, family life, and high responsibility roles. This lens brings realism and credibility to her work with leaders navigating complexity in both professional and personal domains.
Lucie works with organisations that value thoughtful leadership, human capability, and long term performance. Her work is known for being grounded, rigorous, and deeply human.
